Refunds
Refunds will be issued via anonymous directly, as soon as you get a third party like PayPal or your bank involved all your rights to a refund will be waived and we will submit a counter claim. Refunds are only given if the issue is deemed to be a product issue. Chargebacks
In addition from our tos, if you decide to file a chargeback we have every right to delete your key, blacklist you from our shop and using any of our products again (this includes from any of our resellers). We also reserve the right to submit a counter claim for loss of revenue and other expenses we incur when a chargeback is made.
In NO case is a chargeback necessary, open a ticket and speak to one of our support or speak to "anonymous" directly and we will solve the issue
